This is a classic pose with the woman looking over her shoulder at camera.

Try looking over both shoulders with a hand on the hip in this pose.

Go in for the close up in each of these poses.

The crossed-arm pose can give more power to your subject.

A more casual pose is this one with the hands behind the back.

This wider pose with the hands in the pockets is also a bit more casual.

Changing the angle of the person slightly like this pose can give you a good option.

Sitting down at a table gives you a variety of poses like this one with her chin in her hand.

Try having your subject not smile for a more serious pose.

Here’s a full body pose sitting on the floor.

A candid pose snapped with a prop such as a coffee cup can tell your subject’s story.

Here are a few poses with the person sitting on the floor with her hands in a variety of positions.

This pose has the woman wrapping her face with her arms, creating a frame around her face.

Framing her face with both hands is another nice pose.

Simply taking one hand off the face gives a different pose.

Use your environment to create a pose like this with the woman behind a railing or wall.

Lying on the floor, propped up with her elbows creates this great pose.

Here are a variety of full body poses. This one shows her with her hands on her hips.

This pose has only one hand on a hip with the other one dangling at her side.

Crossing her arms, again gives her a bit more power with this pose.

Here are a few poses sitting on the floor. Notice the different positions of the legs.

In this pose, she is a bit more straight up and down.

Very similar to the previous pose, this one has her head tilted slightly.

Here’s a relaxed pose with her lying on her side. Make sure you play with multiple smiles – teeth showing, mouth closed.

This curious pose is a great one when sitting on a chair or bench.
