I just purchased this charcoal gray seamless paper. Then I realized I needed a backdrop stand, so I purchased one of them too from Amazon. In total the setup cost around $100 with the paper roll coming in at around $60.
So far, I’ve just tested it out with a single Lowel Rifa Exhchange light behind the camera. This has a fairly decent vignetting effect if you want your subject to be centered in front of the camera like I was here.
I’ll be testing out some more setups and using this backdrop for future courses and tutorials. In the future, I’ll do a tutorial on how to properly light a backdrop.
Cheers,
Phil
