Free Lower Third Template & Tutorial – Center Text Block

Lately I’ve been really into helping people learn how to use After Effects templates. I created a free course creatively called How to Use After Effects Templates for Beginners that is a great resource for anyone that wants to learn how add amazing motion graphics to their videos without spending a ton of time or money learning how to use After Effects. This second one comes from a request on YouTube from Jesse. He was responding to this tutorial for a clean lower third.

He asked to show how to edit the 3rd lower third in the example I show at the start. You can see the final image below of the title on a video screen. So I created a tutorial & a template. This lower third is great for showing a block of text. It also has a spot for a logo or image.
