One of my favorite filmmaking teams is the group of guys and girls over at Still Motion. They’ve put together an amazing video on how to set a mood with lighting. I was trying to find examples of mood lighting for my upcoming DSLR Video Production course, and came across this great video. So I thought I’d share it.

Using lights to create a bright or dark scene can give off a sense of happiness or sadness/fear. Using warmer or cooler lights can also change the mood of a scene.
